Abstract :
The paper studied salary system. Using knowledge management (KM), it designs (balance scorecard) BSC of university, and then constructs other three BSC: school BSC, department BSC and teacher BSC. In virtue of KM and BSC, it links university strategy with teacher performance. In the end it designs teacher salary system and gives a case of pay design.
