Abstract :
This paper reports the results of a research project addressing the adoption success of an information technology application. Two main antecedents namely the fit of the process, technology and individual characteristics, and trust were tested to examine their influence to information technology adoption success. Using a survey, we found there are significant relationships between the antecedents and the success. Implications and future research suggestions are offered.
