Abstract :
An LQR design method for uncertain systems with time-varying delays in the states is proposed. Via a solution of LMIs, this method easily gives a feedback gain. The feedback law is an optimal control minimizing a class of cost functional, and the resulting system is asymptotically stable. In addition, it is assured to have good robustness properties.
