The research of the posibility of creation of artificial intelligence

In this article we have described the result of the ongoing research of artificial intelligence, a new look at the creation of prototype of human brain and propose of new possible scheme of intelligence. Without details, herein, explained principal points, given the short terms of the structure of preparing computer software and some possible elements of artificial intelligence. The article is focused on the development of electronic variation at the decision-making process.
