Abstract :
A novel ZCT-PWM buck converter is analyzed and realized, which can realize ZCS/ZVS in all the semiconductor switches, and this soft-switch circuit works properly in a wide load range. The operation principle and parameter design is analyzed. The experimental result is provided to verify the analysis of principle of this converter and the design.
