Abstract :
Dynamic alliance is an organization of enterprises in agile manufacturing and it is formed on the base of enterprise cooperation for a special manufacturing task. The market opportunity can be taken and the ant-risking ability can be enhanced for an enterprise by forming the dynamic alliance, then all the resources which belong to or not can be utilized efficiently and fully. Machine equipment selection is the important step in the dynamic alliance forming course. A machine equipment selection method based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. The suitable machine equipment were selected according to the size, precision, equipment state and cost, then machine equipment group was constituted by which all the procedures can be finished and the cost should be optimized. An example was presented to validate the feasibility of proposed model
