Abstract :
This paper investigates the problem of robust control design for interconnected uncertain linear systems. The problems of robust stabilization and robust H performance are addressed and attention is focused on the design of decentralized linear dynamic output feedback control laws. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of the above problems are established, which allow us to design robust decentralized controllers in terms of scaled H control problems for related linear systems without uncertainty and interconnections. The potentials of the proposed technique have been demonstrated by a simple example of an interconnected uncertain linear system
