Abstract :
A process model of product improvement design based on anticipatory failure determination (AFD) and theory of resolving inventive problems (TRIZ) is put forward. In this model, AFD is used to find the problem that need to be solved in the system improvement design, and TRIZ is used to produce schemes for resolving problems. By applying the proposed method, homogeneity problem of the lithium battery explosion-proof equipment is resolved, and several schemes are put forward.
