Abstract :
The compromising emanations and receiver of VDU (video display unit) signal has been studied, and basing on the model of radiated compromising emanations, the original signal can be reconstructed. For many kinds of digital channel, modeling an available radiated compromising emanation is very important, where a channel transfer function needs to be built in accordance with the environment. The mechanism of digital signal compromising emanations as well as the characteristics of multi-path fading channel are analyzed and discussed in the paper. Furthermore, the channel transfer function of radiated compromising emanations in a complex environment is created, and an actual channel mathematical model is given and simulated. Some meaningful results are obtained from this simulation
