Abstract :
Partner selection is a key issue in the formation of virtual enterprise (VE) process. This paper proposed a partner selection problem based on the factor of risk, due date and performance parameters of sub-projects. By using the Dempster-Shafer theory (DST) and genetic algorithm (GA) in model transformation, an adaptive GA is developed to solve the problem. An example of applying this algorithm is given to prove its feasibility and validity
