Abstract :
Purpose of the research was to investigate a supply chain with multi-supplier and one manufacturer experiencing emergency order and continuous consumption. An order model based on multi-compensate-price was put forward to coordinate the suppliers and the manufacturer. An interactive decision method composed by decision maker preference identification, satisfying solution and preference adjusting regulations was designed. Satisfying order strategy and optimal starting time of production for emergency were derived with the interactive decision method. The strategy can meet the material demand, decrease stocking cost of manufacturer and maintain emergency system stable at the same time of considering supply inclination of suppliers. The method is feasible and effective according to case study
