Abstract :
Based on the data drawn from 37 two-digital industries, this paper selects indexes for the evaluation of independent innovation capability in China. The indexes are categorized by means of factor analysis to get the evaluation scores of samples, using this evaluation scores as dependent variable, and some industrial characteristics as independent variable. The result of linear regression indicates that the scale of firm and market structure impact on technological innovation distinctly, then two self-contradictory hypothesis of Schumpeter are proved together, furthermore, this paper analysis the affection of proportion of state-owned enterprise on technological innovation capacity. Finally, the policy for enhancing Chinese enterprisepsilas independent innovation capability is put forward.
