Abstract
The operation chain pattern is a form by which enterprises on the operation chain react to the market and a generic term for some type of operation adopted by these enterprises to achieve the goal of scale operation and scale economy. In this paper, classification has been made on the operation chain patterns from four dimensions. Also, comparative analysis on the features and role of the patterns has been performed, with the purpose of making clear of external expressions and application conditions of the operation chain pattern. This will help enterprises select and implement a correct operation chain pattern and ultimately realize unique scale development.
