Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of developing the information management system for project administrative department, the paper analyzes the MVC model which is commonly used in developing Web services and puts forward the MVCD model on browser/client/server mode. This model is regarded as guidelines and the whole frame structure of the virtual management system is designed for university research projects. The search engine module, virtual distributing funds module and so on have been realized by J2EE programming in the projects management system. The system is in good working order by the one-year actual operation in the scientific department of Dalian University of Technology. It shows the potential being generalized and utilized in the management of research projects of national universities
