  • Abstract
    Analyzing the inefficiencies of the E-Learning system, this paper introduces Blended Learning model for College English Teaching. In teaching platform based on Blended Learning, student dynamic model is established with semantics. The framework of learning resource management system based on domain ontology is proposed. The personalized learning resource recommendation is made by RBF neural network technique based on the student model. The paper describes the research and design of the new teaching model. It points out that Blended Learning provides a new train of thought and method for College English Teaching reforms.
