Abstract :
Artificial intelligence techniques, such as fuzzy logic, neural network, and genetic algorithm, are recently showing a lot of promise in the application of power electronic systems. This paper describes the strategy development with a minimum losses algorithm under field-oriented control; this strategy is applied to improve high efficiency of the induction motor. To perform control, a generalized fuzzy logic control algorithm is applied. Simulation results show the performances of the proposed algorithm compared to the usually used field oriented control method (FOC)
