Abstract
Multiple antenna systems are promising architectures for overcoming the effects of multipath interference and increasing the spectrum efficiency. In order to be able to investigate these systems, a channel model is required which incorporates both the delays and arrival angles for outdoor environments. We propose a flexible and simple to implement propagation model. The statistical characteristics of the model parameters are developed, and the validity of the model is investigated by simulations which are compared with the measurement results
