Abstract :
This paper uses computer technique to study the optimal population control policy of China in the following 100 years. Considering two main factors: the comprehensive national strength and the average income, we model the problem into an optimization problem. By using computer technique to solve the optimization problem, we get the optimal birth rate in the following 100 years, which can directly respond our population policy. The contribution of this paper lies on: we first use computer technique to study the population problem of China from quantitative perspective; we compute a more accurate economy-population model for China in particular, using the data of China in the past few years. In the result, we verify our economy-population model using the recent data and get a series of meaningful conclusion by the optimal solution.
