Abstract :
We have shown soft decision Viterbi decoding for holographic memory systems in which data pages consist of two-dimensional array of convolutional code sequences. It is an advantage of soft decision decoding that an extra coding gain could be obtained in comparison with simple thresholding or hard decision decoding
