Abstract :
Considering the signal simulation of wideband ship-radiated noise in time domain, the inverse Fourier transform is applied to realize the numerical simulation in the related time domain based on the known power spectrum feature of ships. Compared with other methods, the present method can provide time-domain signal simulation of the power spectrum having a variety of spectral characteristics to generate signals that are fully complied with the requirements of a continuous spectrum, line spectrum and other spectral characteristics. In this way, the simulation of wideband ship-radiated noise can be solved for different ships under various kinds of working conditions. The simulation results have shown that it is an effective method featured by high accuracy, fast speed, satisfactory versatility and high flexibility, is an effective method.
