  • Abstract
    This paper presents a novel integrated on-chip antenna for chip-to-chip wireless communication, based on the usage of the digital circuitspsila ground planes as radiating elements. Such antenna requires no additional space on the chip or additional technological steps to be produced. The simulation data shows great potential in the usage of such antennas for wireless chip-to-chip interconnection.
