Abstract
This paper proposes a novel algorithm to improve the lifetime of wireless sensor network. This algorithm employs compressive sensing in conjunction with Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm to decrease the communication rate and to build up the data aggregation trees respectively. We build up the data aggregation tree in a way that it can be utilized to maximize the efficiency by rectifying the delay problem of compressive sensing theory and to improve the network lifetime. Simulation results show how this novel algorithm outperforms LEACH and Shortest-path routing.
