Abstract :
It needs to analyze bomb´s detonation signal to detect the point of impact of weapons based on acoustics method. The signal detected by acoustic sensors includes original sound signal and noise signal, and noise signal affects the detecting result. It needs to get rid of noise signal and to extract the original signal. Donoho have proposed a method for de-noising by thresholding, but the method is not successful for impulsive noises and can´t get good result. A new improved thresholding method based on Donoho is proposed, which can be used to more kinds of noise signals, and the noises even if impulsive noises can also be decreased well. Examples are performed to illustrate the advantages of this approach over other methods
