Abstract :
In this paper, a novel homodyne RF transceiver module of dual-band and dual-mode is described. The whole module consists of a direct modulation transmitter and a direct demodulation receiver has been realized perfectly. The design could be employed for WCDMA & CDMA2000 mobile terminal application. Some test results are shown at the end of this paper.
