Abstract :
A converter suitable for renewable energy applications is proposed in this paper, a three port configuration is chosen, one port for the renewable source, the second one for the battery set and the last one for the output. The converter can deliver energy from each input source in an independently way or in a mixed form, but also the battery can be charged from the renewable source if it is required. The operation and analysis is presented, but also simulation and experimental results.
