Abstract :
In this paper, the main problem on PCM of aero subcontract production (SP) is indicated, and a customer´s requirement (CR)-oriented theoretical research on PCM info modeling based on PFSC are brought forward. Firstly, the concept of CR domain and feature expressive domain based on the theory of product family configuration model is introduced, which provides the method for the mapping and transformation from the customization to the product structure features. And a product configuration model is proposed, which takes on the mapping framework. The mapping relation of product configuration process for different types of CR is analyzed, and a uniform configuration model is formed. Secondly, the characteristic property that the functions and principles of product parts & components family is fixed together with the product structure by the objected-oriented techniques, and the PFSC-based information carrier which containing the function and principle is expressed. An info modeling based on PCT is formulated by the self-organizing mapping which in the relative matrix of CR characteristics and the functions principle property of PFSC. And the solving strategy based on PCT info model that can rapidly responding the product configuration is accomplished
