Abstract :
Laizhou is a city of water resources shortage, to solve the water shortage problem, building underground water reservoir need to think about the problems of the runoff and the water recharge efficiency, this article demonstrates the runoff is sufficient for underground water reservoir and water recharge is important in the development of the industry and agriculture in Laizhou city. The study indicates that after the construction underground water reservoir. It can not only prevent the sea water intrusion, also amply utilize a plenty of runoff to satisfying the demand of water resources, water recharge effect is obvious.
