Abstract :
According to the characteristic of the confined aquifer on the Yinchuan plain and disadvantages of the DRASTIC model in vulnerability assessment for the confined aquifer, 15 impact factors is chosen, each factor is divided into different classification of whose evaluating value is confirmed, then the M-DRASTRIC model is established. This method is used to the confined aquifer for intrinsic vulnerable assessment on the Yinchuan plain. The evaluating results is reasonable compared to the real condition. It provides a kind of method or thought in the evaluation of intrinsic vulnerability of the confined aquifer on analogous plains of China.
