Abstract :
Application investigation on polyureas anticorrosion in flue of Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization Equipment (FGD) (product model: DTTW-¿ -150) was carried out according to corrosive environment and technical parameters of a coal-fired power plan. And relevant design requirements were confirmed. The results showed that Polyureas can be used to anticorrosion in flue desulphurization equipment because of their wear and high temperature physical properties. When the construction conditions was thickness of 3.0 mm, the high-temperature polyureas protective coating smooth appearance, adhesion 7 MPa, at 150 ¿ environment polyureas still had outstanding performance. The useful life of 20-year anticorrosion coating was preliminary estimated based on the corrosion margin.
