  • Abstract
    The belt transport with storage bins is a kind of common transport mode for loose material. Theoretically storage bin have many virtues, but in practice the whole transport system will become very complex after setting storage bin. Until recently there have been many references studying availability of storage bin transport system, Compared with some existed references, this paper presents a new practical system analysis model and application algorithm for calculating availability of complex storage bin belt transport system without any conditional hypothesis or simplification. The new model and algorithm fully considers different affecting functions of storage bin for whole transport system, and can completely reflect availability logic relationships and its dynamic changing in all cases. In addition this paper also gives out a detailed case study.
