Abstract
In this paper we present an adaptive post-distortion algorithm for linearization of power amplifiers (PAs). This algorithm uses a Hammerstein filter in order to compensate the nonlinear distortions of PA, deriving the PAs inverse function. We have simulated our proposed system using advanced design system (ADS) software on an OFDM system. Simulation results for different orders of Hammerstein filter and different gains of amplifier show that the proposed system significantly decreases the mean square error (MSE) of distorted signal and improves system performance especially when the gain of amplifier rises
