Abstract :
In order to deal with the uncertainty in the purchasing process of a supermarket, a batch processor stochastic scheduling model is established. Firstly the deterministic equivalent of the model is given, and then the properties of the optimal scheduling of the deterministic equivalent are discussed. Finally, a heuristic algorithm is given to solve the deterministic equivalent, and an example is provided to demonstrate that the algorithm is very effective.
