Abstract :
Presenting a CMOS dual-loop, mixed-mode control circuit for 10.7 Gbps OC-192 laser diode/modulator driver chip is the purpose of this paper. This circuit is a part of a whole LDD chip, which is designed by standard TSMC 0.13 mum RF CMOS technology. Dual loops work concurrently to control average power and extinction ratio (ER) of laser diode or EAM/MZM devices
