Characteristics of switched polarized type multiband planar antennas

The main purpose of this paper is the development of the communication system by the common use of multi frequencies (communication system using one antenna which conducts on GPS, wireless LAN, ETC, and DRSC). The multi-frequency planar antenna was designed by using the electromagnetic field analysis simulator and was manufactured showing its good characteristics. It was clarified that the switching of polarized waves was possible for the antenna system of this type, and again, that the multiband characteristics were realizable.
