Research on the Intergrated Innovation Model of Science & Technology Programme Management under the Industrial Cluster Environment

More and more enterprises begin to use new method to manage science & technology programme. In this paper, according to the foundation on programme, science & technology programme and science & technology programme management(STPgM) under the industrial cluster environment, the author put newly development of management science-programme management into science & technology project. After studying at the relationship between programme management and science & technology management, we analyze the four elements of integrated innovation , put forward the market location of science & technical enterprise´ integrated innovation, and discuss the integrated innovation model of STP_gM. We believe that the integrated innovation model will have referenced value to promote the level of China´s independent innovation.
