Abstract

This paper makes an empirical analysis on Gongyipsilas industry status through the rough theory. Combined with the related research results of domestic scholars, it selected the Gongyipsilas leading industries, pillar industries and guide industries, and will combine the above-mentioned industries Boston Strategy Matrix tool analysis. Finally, based on the BCG matrix, the development strategic orientation of each strategic industry and policy suggestions have been put forward.
