Abstract :
The paper firstly, according to the principles of selecting performance evaluation indexes of human resource management of commercial banks, established a scientific and systematic performance evaluation index system of human resource management of commercial banks, and then applied Analytic Hierarchical Model (AHM) to construct pair-wise comparison judgment matrix for every index and inferred the weight of every index. Finally, the paper gave a human resource management performance evaluation of five commercial banks in Handan.
