Abstract :
The evidential reasoning (ER) approach has been developed for supporting some decision analysis with uncertain information. The paper proposes an evaluation framework for the logistics service supplier assessment, applies a more flexible scoring method, which use a credit interval to figure scoring result and allow something absence. According to a multilevel evaluation framework, an improved ER approach has been used for such data analysis to support evaluation decision. A numerical example of logistics service supplier evaluation problem is discussed to demonstrate the implementation of the ER approach.
