Abstract :
Multiple equilibrium is one of the important theories of financial crisis. In this article, we investigate the mechanism of multiple equilibrium area of financial crisis. Based on this, we discuss the game theory with public, government and speculator, and then confirm the importance of government in the multiple equilibrium area of financial crisis. The conclusion we draw may help government to deal with financial crisis when in multiple equilibrium area.
