Abstract :
In this paper the authors propose a design strategy that utilizes the passivity concept and a load observer in order to develop combined controller-observer systems for coordination of converters in a Fuel Cell System. The controller-observer tuning is constructed such that the fuel cell current variation is less than a maximal value in order to ensure a good state of health of the fuel cell.
