Abstract :
With the development of the science and technology, the contribution of the science and technology to economic growth is increasing, so “science and technology are primary productive forces” is eloquently proved by practice. Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, the paper analyzes the contribution of Scientific and Technological Services to economic growth in Jiangsu Province, the evidence shows: The science and technology has played the first role in the rapid economic growth of Jiangsu Province in recent years, but it also has measured that the increasing of capital investment has also played an important in economic growth, but the first role has been replaced by technological, the contribution of the labor force to economic growth is very little, and it has a declining trend.
