A framework for designing compliance conform processes in clinical trials

Today, compliance management is an integral part of clinical trials and a major cost driver [1]. A state of the art means to achieve compliance are `Standard Operating Procedures´ (SOPs), which have some major drawbacks. We developed a framework that enables a process oriented way to deal with compliance management. Part of this framework is the possibility of a priori checks for new processes against compliance violence´s.
