Performance Evaluation of the 3PL Service Providers Based on Membership Conversion Algorithm

In order to enhance the core-competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises will outsource non-core businesses and introduce 3PL to their supply chains. But how to evaluate correctly the 3PL service providers becomes the key issue of enterprises. This paper firstly constructs a set of performance evaluation index system of the 3PL service providers and achieves membership conversion on condition that the memberships and the weights of indicators are known, ultimately, evaluates on the 3PL service provider in case. This algorithm makes comparability among indicators strengthen and it is neither new data nor information distortion, which has a higher scientific and practical application value for selecting the optimal collaborator.
