Abstract :
Public crisis management network of urban agglomeration is composed by public crisis governance subsystems from various cities, and it is a complex system of dissipative structures, meeting the conditions of openness, non-equilibrium, nonlinearity, fluctuation. This paper firstly analyzes the conditions and driving force of self-organization evolution of urban agglomeration public crisis governance network, and then introduces the Cui-Lawson model which is improved by Cui Qiwu and Lawson based on the Logistic model. Combining with the characteristics of the public crisis governance network, and taking information exchange and sharing into consideration, an improved model is constructed according to the Cui-Lawson model. In view of this improved model, Matlab program is used to simulate and analyze the influencing factors of self-organized evolution of the urban agglomeration public crisis governance network. Finally, some suggestions are made to perfect governance network of public crisis in urban agglomeration based on simulation results.
