Abstract :
For the cost problem of internal machinery manufacturing industry, a structure about decision support system (DSS) for cost control is proposed in this paper, which based on Agent and knowledge warehouse. According to the characteristics of modern cost control, the functional design of DSS focus on cost control in advance, cost control in while, cost analysis and cost reduction aspects. The cost knowledge is summarized and classified in accordance with product design, process planning, material procurement and production process. Using object-oriented knowledge representation and relational database technology, we achieve the organization of cost-knowledge. At last, we accomplish a DSS database which takes the Agent-oriented direction and integrates cost-knowledge and cost-method base.
