Abstract :
In this paper, a method of hybrid reference control (HRC) is used to solve a problem of output reference tracking when only the plant outputs are available for measurement. The approach is based on the manipulation of both the state of an observer and the reference signal. Conditions are also derived, which guarantee that the HRC system results in a deadbeat tracking error response
