  • Abstract
    In the process of high speed development and urbanization of China, urban transport congestion become seriously day by day. Pregnant women and children as social vulnerable groups demand more security and more comfortable in public transport. Some people in vulnerable groups need commuting together as normal commuters in morning and night rush hour. If government or subway company can set up subway carriage for pregnant women and children in some urban through enhance service level, may guide this part of commuters taking public transport, reduce traffic stream and alleviate transport congestion. This article analyzes possibility to build subway carriage for women and children and seniors, and establishes mathematical model.
