Abstract :
In this paper, a deterministic solution for controlling reactively steerable antenna, which requires extremely a few channel trainings, has been proposed. The way to estimate the invisible parasitic channel has been described in detail. It is also shown how the parasitic channel works in maximizing the channel capacity. The simulated results demonstrated that MIMO adaptive antenna can provide 10 % higher channel capacity, and the necessary training sequence is only twice when the numbers of receiving and parasitic antennas are the same.
