A research on mobile commerce based on service engineering

With the development of information technology and mobile devices, mobile commerce will be given a high degree of concern. The issues about mobile commerce services have become popular and important. According to the combination of the characteristics of mobile commerce service and methodology of service engineering, this paper constructs the mobile commerce service system model, analyzes the deployment of mobile commerce service system based on SOA, and analyzes how to manage the service quality of mobile commerce services by using the QFD methodology. This paper also depicts the relevant technical support for mobile commerce services. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to apply service modeling, service system construction, service quality management and related support technologies of service engineering in mobile commerce.
