  • Abstract
Numerical simulation methods and TLM in particular can be applied successfully to the study of shielding and penetration problems. The TLM method with variable meshing and multigrid facilities is flexible enough to be used for modelling realistic equipment configurations such as equipment cabinets with apertures and joints containing wires of various sizes. Comparisons with experimental results have established the validity of the modelling approach and the accuracy of the method
